This session will focus on strategies and ideas to help begin a paradigm shift in the realm of school-based professional development. Participants will learn new strategies, including some that involve Web 2.0 tools, which will help them turn PD sessions into places of discussion and reflection instead of disinterest and repugnance. Will include a discussion of current strategies, an infusion of new ideas, and an opportunity for participants to plan their own school-based PD moving forward.
