This innovative disciplinary literacy session focuses on text complexity addressing the Common Core Standards for History and Science.  Participants will actively engage in determining text complexity levels and will be provided immediately transferable examples of research-based dynamic differentiated literacy instructional models designed to engage all learners to think, read, and respond in writing as historians and scientists.
